“A Different Tour To Argentina” ( Lodging at Boutique Hotels )

Day 01: Internacional Flight. Arrive at Ezeiza airport. Meeting with out tour guide and transfer to Hotel.
Lodging at Reino del Plata Hotel Boutique. Breakfast included.

Day 02: 09 AM Departure to start the city tour. When you take this tour, you will discover all the magic of Argentina's capital city. The tour includes the magnificent Recoleta end Palermo neighborhoods, with all the beauty and elegance of their parks and buildings, the Colon Theatre, one of the five most important opera theatres in the world, Mayo Square, around which the history and political life of the country have taken place throughout the years, the Pink House, the Cathedral, the typical Mayo Avenue, the Congress and many other buildings and palaces of special architectural, historical and cultural value.
Our tour continues in San Telmo, home to the XIX century aristocracy of the city, Caminito in the colorful neighborhood of Italian immigrants called La Boca, and the very recently recycled and newest area of the city: Puerto Madero
12:30 PM Return to hotel.
09 PM Dinner at La Parolaccia Restaurant in Puerto Madero, drinks are included ( Transfer from / to hotel is not included ).

Day 3: Private transfer to Aeroparque ( Domestic Airport ) to take flight to Salta.
Arrive and transfer to hotel.
Lodging at La Candela Hotel ( Boutique Hotel ). Breakfast included.

Day 4: 09 AM Salta city tour. From 9 de Julio Square, decorated with colorful flowerbeds and aromatic fruit trees, you will walk around the streets of this vigorous city, while reviving its colonial past in the captivating architecture of the historic Cabildo, the Cathedral, the San Francisco and La Viña churches, the San Bernardo Convent of the Carmelitas´ Nuns, and the ancient houses, today historic monuments that the city has preserved for the visitor’s admiration. Ascending by the modern lift chair to the summit of the San Bernardo Hill you will appreciate a panoramic view of the city, while at its foot General Martin Miguel de Güemes is taking care of Salta and its citizens. The Salta polo and golf club and two universities give this city the cultural and sport framework for a sophisticated tourism. At a few kilometers from the city, between the green color of the mountains and the course of transparent waters, there is San Lorenzo, a summer season village with ancient trees, gardens in blossom and huge mansions, surrounded by soft slopes, special for long walks, picnics and horse riding. At the end of the travel we will visit the Craftsmanship Market (primitive flour mill), where you will admire fine silver and pottery pieces, embroideries and paintings, rustic knitting of different colors and leather handicrafts for saddles and riding gears typical of the gauchos.

Day 5: 06:30AM Departure from hotel to start Cafayate Safari. Crossing the Valle de Lerma a farming area, through the N.R. 68, we reach Cafayate. Along this road we can see different towns like Cerrillos, la Merced, Carril and Coronel Moldes where many farming activities are developed, being tobacco the most important one.
Afterwards, we get into the valley of the river “las Conchas” o the Cafayate valley, a place of fantastic shapes and colors where we can see natural formations, gorges, amphitheatres, huge chimneys of many colors that highlight shapes which are known as “the monk”, “the mushroom”, “the amphitheatre”, “the devil’s throat” and “the castles”, all of them with predominant reddish colors.
The Dunes tell us that Cafayate is near, the most important city in the Calchaquies valleys, where the climate and the geography of the Cafayate valley give peculiar and unique taste to its grapes.
Continuing our trip, we reach the ancient city of Quilmes in the Yokavil Valley, strolling through the ruins of the old Diaguitas civilization we marvel at the communitary squares, the houses and the pucaras leading to an encounter with this culture, still present among the people of this area. We come back to Salta stopping in the quebrada de las Conchas for photostops.
08:30 PM Return to hotel.

Day 6: Free day.

Day 7: We leave from Hotel to start Humahuaca safari.
We leave Salta passing through the city of General Guemes heading to the picturesque Humahuaca valley, an encounter with rivers, hills, willows, cactuses and wild flowers.
On our way we pass by towns of great importance during the pre-Spaniards and colonial time and have prevailed but remain as small and quiet towns, such as Vulcan, Tumbaya, Maimara with its “Paleta del Pintor” (Painter’s palette), and Purmamarca, frozen in time at the base of the wonderful hill “ Cerro de los Siete Colores” (Mountain of the Seven Colors). We continue to Tilcara where we visit the archeological museum and the Pucará ruins, age-old aboriginal fortress strategically located and surrounded by colorful hills and cactuses. We leave behind the little villages of Huacalera and Uquia and finally arriving to Humahuaca, the biggest and most important city of this gorge…
We return to Salta in the afternoon through the sinuous mountain road, where we can appreciate the wonderful rain forest of the area of Las Yungas, a contrasting landscape with the puna seen during the trip that for sure will amaze you.

Day 8: Free day.

Day 9: Transfer from Purmamarca to Jujuy airport to take flight to Mendoza (connecting in Buenos Aires)
Arrive in Mendoza, transfer to Huentala hotel ( Boutique Hotel ). Lodging with breakfast.

Day 10: 00 AM Departure from hotel to visit the city and surroundings.
One of the most beautiful cities of the country invite you to visit it. Foundation area, aquarium, ruins of San Francisco. General San Martin Park is one of the most important green urban places in Argentina: Rosedal, Lago de Regatas, Cerro de la Gloria, Plaza Independencia, España square and the Civic centre. Cívico.

Day 11: 07AM Full day High Mountains excursion.
The beauty of the Andes has in Mendoza the maximum expression. Important historical and beautiful places, make this excursion an unforgettable experience. Potrerillos, Uspallata, Picheuta, Punta de Vacas, Penitentes, Puente del Inca, Aconcagua Park, and Villa Las Cuevas are places that will amaze us; and if the weather and the way allow it, you can see the majestic image of the Cristo Redentor.

Day 12: Transfer to Mendoza airport to take flight to Buenos Aires. Arrive and private transfer to Reino del Plata Hotel ( Boutique Hotel ). Breakfast included.

Day 13: Free day.
In the evening, tango dinner show to enjoy an unforgettable night.

Day 14: Private transfer to Ezeiza Internacional Airport.
