Brazil And Argentina

The pulsating rhythms of samba and the bittersweet melodies of tango evoke the senses and inspire the imagination. On this South America tour you will visit two of South America's most incredible and distinct countries which are united by the spectacular Iguazu Falls. The sheer force and overwhelming expanse of the falls has earned the name Devil's Throat, for the point where 14 falls converge to create a 330ft (100 m) cascade that pounds the water below, reflecting a perpetual rainbow.

The image of Rio de Janeiro as sensuous and exuberant is as fitting for the city as its inhabitants, the cheerful carioca's. In contrast, Buenos Aires, also known as "the Paris of South America", is a city of European-style and nostalgic grandeur where cafes fill with lively discussion and a stroll through the streets may be a chance to see a couple dancing the timeless tango. For any visit to South America these emblematic destinations of cultural, man-made and natural wealth should not be missed.
